Order Collection Information

Collection of orders is available from the following locations:

vet-n-pet DIRECT Warehouse
📍 10–12 Paul Court, Jimboomba, QLD
🕗 Open Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm

The Bloomin Vet
📍 Greenbank Shopping Centre, Pub Lane, Greenbank
🕗 Open Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm
🕘 Saturday, 9am–5pm

Beaudesert Community Arts & Information Centre
📍 Enterprise Drive, Beaudesert
🕘 Open 7 days, 9am–3pm

The Furriends warehouse operates separately from the above locations, so same-day order collection isn’t currently possible.
Orders are printed and processed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and daily during peak seasons (November/December).
Turnaround time may vary depending on order volume — if there are many orders in the queue, it could take a little longer to prepare yours.

If your order is urgent, please contact one of our customer service team members, who can liaise with the printing team to provide a more accurate pickup timeframe.
